Whether vegetables, rice, potatoes or fresh salads - smoked tofu complements dishes with its characteristic, delicately spicy aroma.Traditionally, smoking was used to preserve food. Nowadays, we smoke almost without exception to achieve the delicious taste. We smoke exclusively with beechwood rubbing smoke. A metal wheel rubs against a log of beech wood until it reaches a temperature of 300 - 400° C. The resulting smoke gives the products their special aromatic note. Conventional smoking processes reach temperatures of up to 800° C and more. The process we use makes it possible to significantly minimize exposure to harmful substances.
