'When we think of rye in the form of flour, we first think of moist bread. But the whole grain is also versatile and can be used creatively: as a base for cereal pans, as a side dish combined with vegetables, as a garnish in soups and stews.
'Preparation for 2 people:Soak 100 g rye grains in 200 ml water overnight. The following day, cook in the soaking water over a low heat for approx. 50 minutes. Add salt or stock first at the end and leave to soak for a further 15 minutes.
