Spring rolls are the most popular Asian finger food of all - with Arche organic rice paper, they are quick and easy to prepare.  With a diameter of 18 cm, the rice paper sheets are the perfect size for delicious finger food. There are no limits to your imagination - vegan, organic, vegetarian, gluten-free, anything is possible!  Typical fillings for this light specialty are vegetables such as carrots, white cabbage, sprouts or rice noodles such as Arche Bio Bifun. Try the rolls cold as summer rolls or lucky rolls and fried as spring rolls. The traditional Arche soy or Asian dipping sauces taste delicious with them.
Preparation: Prepare the filling and season. Prepare a deep plate with warm water. Place the individual rice paper sheets in the water for 30 seconds.  Place 2 tablespoons of filling on each rice paper sheet, fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Serve the rolls unfried, fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown, deep-fry or brush with a little oil and cook in the oven until crispy.
