Only the best pork ham is processed for this, all under strict quality controls. Certified organic. Produced without nitrite curing salt and other additives. Naturally gluten-free, lactose-free, natural yeast formation through fermentation. Innovative packaging made from polypropylene (PP) ensures high recyclability for the circular economy of packaging materials.
Tip: Open the pack approx. 15 minutes before eating so that the ham can develop its full aroma.
