Our company philosophy, and therefore our primary goal, is to protect the environment and nature, to produce milk in the original and most natural way and to process it into a high-quality natural product while preserving its value. The most important prerequisite for good cheese is: -The soil! Everything starts with the soil, because if it is healthy and good fodder for the cows grows on it, the milk from the cows will also be good, and therefore also the cheese that is made from this milk. That's why we have been working with effective microorganisms and Lava primary rock flour for many years, thus obtaining high-quality, diverse fodder and the best milk quality, which in turn is reflected in the taste of the cheese.
