Panko Paniermehl

Authentically Asian - Panko is a particularly crispy, slightly coarser breadcrumbs. ARCHE Panko gives vegetables, tofu, tempeh, fish or meat a particularly fluffy crispiness. Tip: Panko gives casseroles or stuffed vegetables a crispy crust.
Preparation: Season the tofu pieces to taste. Mix 1 tbsp flour with 3 tbsp water and a pinch of salt to form a smooth batter. Pour the panko onto a large plate. Roll the tofu first in the batter, then in the panko and then fry or deep-fry until crispy. Proceed in the same way with vegetables, fish or meat.
