Chinakohl ist eine gute, bekömmlichere Alternative zu den üblichen Kohlarten. Er hat einen milden, angenehm frischen Geschmack.
Als Gemüse im Wok zubereitet oder in einer asiatischen Kokossuppe - immer lecker. Selbst für empfindliche Mägen ist der Chinakohl auch als roher Salat geeignet.
