It's so easy:Preparation with eggFor 1 springform pan (26 cm) or 1 ovenproof dish (approx. 20 cm x 20 cm), 6 large or 12
small browniesIngredients: 200 g soft butter, 2 eggs and 100 ml milk1. Preheat the oven to 175°C top and bottom heat.2. place the contents in a bowl.3. mix with 200 g soft butter and 2 eggs.
then slowly stir in the 100 ml milk.4. spread the mixture in the baking tin and smooth out.5Bake on the middle shelf for approx. 25 minutes.6. allow to cool well and cut into
pieces.Preparation without eggIngredients: 150 g soft margarine, 2 teaspoons locust bean gum (or 2 teaspoons soy flour) and 100 ml water or soy drink1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C top and
bottom heat.2. dissolve 150 g of margarine in a pan and add 100 ml of cold water or soy drink.3. pour the brownie mixture into a bowl and mix in 2 teaspoons of locust bean gum or 2 teaspoons
of soy flour.4 .Add the margarine and water mixture and mix until smooth.5 Spread the mixture in the baking tin and smooth out.6 Bake on the middle shelf for approx. 25 minutes.7 Leave to
cool thoroughly and cut into pieces.
