'After rice and corn, wheat is the third most cultivated grain in the world. The whole grain is a wholesome, filling addition to soups and stews, salads and vegetable fillings.
'Preparation for 2 people:Soak 100 g wheat grains in 200 ml water overnight. The following day, cook in the soaking water over a low heat for approx. 45 minutes. Only add salt or stock at the end and leave to soak for a further 15 minutes.
