abeentoo - Organic tempeh Mediterranean with oregano, thyme and onion for a Mediterranean touch; very good to combine with a tomato sauce or with dark sauces (see recipes at www.abeentoo.bio)
Cut the tempeh into slices, cubes or strips, then marinate as desired. Fry in a good vegetable oil at approx. 170°C until a light crust forms. Additional crunch can be achieved by flouring or breading.  As tempeh contains little water and is therefore very compact, spicy dips or sauces are excellent accompaniments for tempeh.

Bei 170°C frittieren oder in reichlich Öl anbraten.
