'Naked oats grow without husks and have a mild, nutty flavor. A delicious, grainy topping on salads or other dishes! Freshly crushed, it provides the basis for delicious roast patties or
vegetable fillings.
'Preparation for 2 people:Soak 100 g oat grains in 200 ml water overnight. The following day, cook in the soaking water
over a low heat for approx. 45 minutes. Only add salt or stock at the end and leave to soak for a further 15 minutes.
