Refined with ginger, Ökoland carrot ginger cream soup is a fresh, modern version of the classic carrot soup. It is prepared with different types of vegetables - the spicy ginger gives it a zing, while the cream makes it a creamy delight.
Slowly heat the contents of the tin in a pan over a medium heat. Stir occasionally. Tip: You can refine the soup with a pinch of sugar or a little honey.
