Matcha, feiner Pulvertee

An excellent matcha from the world-famous Uji region, with a delicate green color and a fine, tart intensity.  It is also the tea of the traditional Japanese tea ceremony. The finest leaf tips of the tea bush are gently ground into this unique powdered tea.
Pour 150-200 ml of boiled water that has cooled to 60°C over 1/2 teaspoon of matcha (approx. 1g) to taste. Whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk for a few seconds until a fine, delicious foam forms. We recommend a varied tea enjoyment.
