We have taken organic tonic water a step further and developed an Alpine-Mediterranean version: Our Organic Herbal Tonic. Free from tropical ingredients such as cinchona bark, but full of wonderfully aromatic herbal notes of rosemary, lavender blossom and lemon balm. Underlined by the naturally tart bitterness of feverfew and gentian. The recipe is rounded off with an exclusive Swiss juniper berry distillate from the Humbel distillery.
