Bio Dinkelmehl Type 630

Spelt is a robust, frugal grain that grows well even on nutrient-poor soils. Type 630 flour is the lightest of all spelt flours. It is very finely ground and has very good processing properties. An alternative to wheat flour type 550 and suitable for sweet baked goods, light-colored breads and rolls or pizza.
5-MINUTE BREAD1 sachet of dry yeast450 ml lukewarm water500 g spelt flour50 g sunflower seeds50 g linseed2 tsp salt or herbal salt2 tbsp fruit vinegar Mix the yeast with the spelt flour, add the remaining ingredients, knead everything well and place in a greased tin. Bake in a cold oven at 200°C for one hour.
