The beet kimchi from Complete Organics made from fermented beet with goji berries and a hint of horseradish tastes earthy and fruity - the perfect ferment for anyone who prefers a mild taste. 100% organic vegetables are used exclusively for the vegan beet kimchi - without additives and without heating. This preserves the active cultures, valuable nutrients and vitamins that are good for you. The classic tastes great on its own, is ideal as a topping on yoghurt bowls and sandwiches, in fermented overnight oats, as an ingredient for all kinds of salads or as a cold side dish.
